Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
A CMA helps to determine the proper listing price for your home. Without this analysis, you might set the price too low meaning you'll get less money for your home or too high and it might not sell at all.
When we prepare a CMA for you home, we take into consideration:
- Recently Closed Homes - Properties that have sold and closed within the last 12 months
- Pending Sales - Listings that have sold but not yet closed
- Active Listings - Properties currently for sale
- Expired Listings - Properties that did not sell during the listing period usually due to being over priced
