Mr. Lopez has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry including: appraisal, consulting, development, operations management, strategic planning and sales.   

Mr. Lopez is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Florida and Pennsylvania, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and is in the process of obtaining his MAI designation.  

Mr. Lopez has been involved in a wide variety of appraisal and consulting assignments including existing and proposed apartment projects, buildings, shopping centers, office and warehouse facilities, vacant land, hotels/motels, commercial condominium units, gas stations, marinas, entertainment/restaurant oriented property, high end residential properties, special purpose, golf courses, mixed use properties and subdivisions.  This experience combined with extensive civic and governmental accomplishments provides for Mr. Lopez’s dynamic and expert approach.
