Although Lisa handles all residential real estate transactions, she does specialize in the waterfront properties of Estero, Bonita Springs and North Naples as she and her family have lived on the Imperial River in Bonita Springs for many years which gives her a first hand understanding of waterfront and Gulf access lifestyles.  

Originally from the Philadelphia area, she knows the Northeast to SW Florida transition well and has assisted her northern customers in understanding the differences with real estate transactions in Florida and making that smooth move to own their piece of paradise.
