Open Houses
Studies have shown approximatley 3-7 percent of homes sell as a direct result of an open house. However, some homes still benefit from holding an open house. Alot will depend on the home itself, the location and the demand.
Costal Elite Properties provide sellers with open house directional signs, flyers and an open house sign in sheet. The seller will "hold" the open house and will let us know the date and times. We will advertise your open house in the local MLS system, our website and on realtor.com. An agent will always be on call for any questions or to meet with a prospective buyer!
