We show your home to prospective buyers and will handle all showing appointments with agents from other companies.
We will let you know when your home will be shown and make sure it works with your schedule.
We request feedback from every agent who shows your home. Feedback is very important as it gives you insight to the buyer's perspective.
We have an automated feedback system that will email the showing agents a 10 question form with a picture of your home within 1 hour of the showing. Once the agent answers the simple questionairre a copy will be sent via email to you and to your listing agent. You will also be able to log into the sytem with your own user name and password to review past feedback results.
