My name is Dan Heller; my wife Karen and I started the process of buying a vacation

home in September.

We live in Illinois and this will be our second home. We began our search online,

and it was to our great fortune to have found and ultimately to have partnered

with Franziska Smith.

and his wife step by step through the Florida real estate market.

he was able to discern our desires and tastes and ultimately

match it to the perfect property. The end result was the purchase of a wonderful

home in an exclusive community that Franziska introduced us to.

researched many different options that fit our initial criteria.She provided us with

a packet containing details on the various communities, their amenities and

associated costs, a market analysis pertainingto the types of properties we would

be viewing along with many other details that we found to be extremely helpful.

She has always been generous with her time and was very patient with us,

entertaining our numerous questions as well as showing us a few properties

multiple times. 

She never hurried us, yet at the same time was able to help us to use our limited 

ime in an efficient manner. 

Once we settled on the desired community, she gathered all the facts and numbers

that would enable us to make an informed decision. She did all the hard work ahead

of time to streamline the negotiation process, and in the end everything turned

out to be exactly as outlined.

The bottom line: Franziska Smith is honest, a tireless worker, a great listener,

knowledgeable and professional. We have come to think of heras not only our

realtor, but also a friend.  We enthusiastically recommended her and we look

forward to working with her in the future.

Our relationship has become a friendship that I’m sure will last our lifetime.

Franziska turned the 1500 mile distance between Bloomington, IL 

and Miromar Lakes into something that felt like she was only a block away.

My wife and I believe it was by God’s grace that we were introduced to

Franziska Smith and know that we could not have partnered

with anyone better.

We’re beginning to settle in to our new winter home and we could not

be happier.  The house is perfect and, as I mentioned before,

Even under the best of circumstances, buying a home presents its

share of challenges but, buying a home in Florida while living

1,500 miles away can be downright daunting.   

After more than a year we became increasingly frustrated
