Franziska has been a blessing from the beginning; taking a Midwestern car dealer and his wife step by step through the Florida real estate market. We have come to respect her knowledge and expertise in every facet of the business.  She listened to us and graciously gave of her time and energy, showing us a large variety of properties and then helped us to narrow the search as she was able to discern our desires and tastes and ultimately match it to the perfect property. The end result was the purchase of a wonderful home in an exclusive community that Franziska introduced us to. We are confident knowing that we chose the right realtor to work with.

Franziska listened to us and came to our first meeting fully prepared, having researched many different options that fit our initial criteria. She provided us with a packet containing details on the various communities, their amenities and associated costs, a market analysis pertaining to the types of properties we would be viewing along with many other details that we found to be extremely helpful.

She has always been generous with her time and was very patient with us, entertaining our numerous questions as well as showing us a few properties multiple times. She never hurried us, yet at the same time was able to help us to use our limited time in an efficient manner.

Once we settled on the desired community, she gathered all the facts and numbers that would enable us to make an informed decision. She did all the hard work ahead of time to streamline the negotiation process, and in the end everything turned out to be exactly as outlined.

The bottom line: Franziska Smith is honest, a tireless worker, a great listener, knowledgeable and professional. We have come to think of her as not only our realtor, but also a friend.  We enthusiastically recommended her and we look forward to working with her in the future.
